The Newmarket Clocktower went up for sale and was represented by a team of real estate agents that branded it “Landmark on Main”. Their goal was to sell the building so they wanted to establish a brand for it. The first item was the logo and they were looking to highlight the iconic nature of the clocktower and it’s shape in the Main Street skyline. Although they ultimately went with another concept I believe that I came up with something that could have been iconic.

After the logo was established I created a point of interest map on an 11x8.5” sheet listing series of important areas in Newmarket. I traced all of the streets in Newmarket and had to source all of the locations in the list the client supplied.
